If your name doesn't appear on the Certificate please login using a computer, then go to My Profile and next click on the button to Print/View Certificate and please review the FAQ

In order to offer the absolute best value in CEUs all support is via Email only. Years ago when we were 29.99 we provided telephone support but people wanted the price as low as possible and were more than happy with the easiness of the new website so we stopped hiring people to answer the phone!

In order to keep our pricing at $19.99 for Unlimited Annual CEUs ALL Support and Questions are handled via E-Mail! Always first please review the FAQ and don't email us if you forgot your Username or Password simply use the links on the website to Reset Password or Forgot Username and/or Password and you will receive an immediate response. Once again if you cannot login to the website or your account is not showing as being paid don't email us instead click on Forgot Username and/or Password
